Through a supportive partnership, coaching aims to help you embrace a vision of your best self by discovering what gives your life meaning and purpose. Coaching embraces the mindset that big changes come from small, meaningful actions, and a powerful way to make a change is by creating healthy and small behavioral changes through routines and habits that are meaningful yet realistic.
Coaching will help you work through the obstacles that may prevent you from making changes by providing accountability through a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. You will build upon your strengths to begin an ongoing journey to create lasting lifestyle changes.
What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
- Therapy (psychotherapy) is provided by a licensed mental health provider in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. It addresses mental health issues by exploring past experiences, traumas, and emotions that may cause distress. Therapy promotes emotional healing. Through the therapeutic process, one may receive a mental health diagnosis.
- Coaching is not a substitute for therapy and does not provide clinical treatment or a mental health diagnosis. It is a partnership that helps empower you to make positive lifestyle changes by focusing on the present and future through meaningful yet realistic routines and habits.

- 12 one-on-one coaching sessions
- Sessions include a discovery session to explore your goals and vision and a post-termination follow-up session to ensure your success.
- Create a personalized plan to help you set achievable goals and develop strategies to fit your unique needs.
- Support and accountability are provided throughout the coaching partnership.
Insurance Coverage and Payment Options
Health insurance does not cover health and wellness coaching services; all fees must be paid out of pocket.
- Payments for in-person sessions are collected at the time of service; cash, credit, and debit cards are accepted.
- Payments for online and telephonic sessions are collected before the start of the session; credit and debit cards are accepted.
- All major credit cards, and debit cards are accepted.
- Payments are made through our secure online portal.
Cancellation Policy
- Please note that once you have scheduled an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
- To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide a cancellation notice at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, the appointment will be canceled or rescheduled.
